Shafter murderer knows him well! Why did the wife and friend constantly call Brian Thomas suspicious? This story explains all about the murder!

The recent murder of Dinesh Shafter, the son of Chandra Shafter, the chairman of Janashakti Company, who was a well-known businessman who was also a bowler for the Sri Lankan cricket team and later became a prominent figure as a cricket administrative officer, has shocked the entire business world.

Dinesh Shafter, like his father, was a prominent figure in society; the entire country is waiting for his killer to be brought to justice. Along with the desire to discover what was so unique that a top entrepreneur like Dinesh Shafter was murdered in broad daylight.

Many people are curious about what a wealthy businessman did in a cemetery. All of these questions will be answered soon, according to the ongoing investigation into Dinesh Shafter’s murder by the Criminal Investigation Department’s Organized Crime and Homicide Investigation Division.

Dinesh Shafter resided in Sri Lanka at No. 39 Flower road Colombo 07. He also owns a house in England. The child of his first marriage also lives in England. That is why it is said that he preferred to spend more time in England.

Dinesh Shafter’s second wife is Tani Shamin Shafter. She was born in 1978. She is only 08 years younger than Dinesh Shafter. Dinesh Shafter also has two children from this second marriage.

Dinesh Shafter’s wife, Tani Shamin, has told the police that at the time of her husband’s murder, he was also running an investment business called Acetline. That is in addition to the directorships he holds in many companies.

A perusal of the information on the Internet reveals that Dinesh Shafter is the Group Director of Janashakti Group and First Capital Holding Plc. He has also worked as the managing director of Capital holding PLC.

According to the way Tani Shamin has said, she had noticed a change in her husband’s behavior since that morning during the questioning of the police investigators in connection with the investigation regarding the murder of Dinesh Shafter. She says that her husband never told her why.

According to her, Dinesh Shafter had left the house at around 2.00 pm that day saying that he would return in half an hour. He boarded his car bearing the number wp KU 8732. He himself drove the car.

“I asked him what time he would come back. He said in half an hour he would be back. “Tani Shamin has told the police.

Dinesh Shafter did not come home in half an hour as he said. Tani Shamin said she sent a message to Dinesh Shafter’s mobile phone from her mobile phone because he did not arrive on time. It is also said that she checked the location of Dinesh Shafter’s mobile phone with her mobile phone because it was found that he had not seen the message. There, she was shown the Borella Public Cemetery as the place where Dinesh Shafter was.

Tani Shamin was so upset because her husband, who said he would come in half an hour, did not come at that time that she told Ongri Patrick Krish Perera to look into it. She says that he is her husband’s relative. She says that Dinesh Shafter was a close friend rather than a relative. Krish Perera is said to be Dinesh Shafter’s confidant who knew many of his business deals as well as a bunch of business secrets. That is more than his two brothers.

Krish is a father of two. Born in 1985, Krish Perera, resident of Hadala, Wattala. Krish Perera is also a director of Next Invest Limited. The relationship between Krish and Dinesh goes back 19 years. That is according to the way Krish Perera has told the police. Accordingly, it appears that he has worked as an employee under Shafter since the age of 18.

Tani Shamin made a phone call to Krish Perera and told Krish Perera that Dinesh Shafter did not come after half an hour and asked him to find out about her husband, in panic and worry.

This indicates that Dinesh shafter has shared his whereabouts with his wife as well as his friend Krish. At the moment, this is debatable because previous instances do not reveal that he shared location in this manner before. His phone is being examined by the criminal investigation division and will be subjected to a forensic examination by the digital forensic division.

According to the investigation, Krish Perera was outside the company where he was working when he received the phone call from Tani Shamin. It’s on the highway. It is within easy reach of Borella Public Cemetery.

According to Krish Perera, he had gone to his two children’s school when he received the phone call from Tani Shamin. It is to send them home after school. There he arranged for his two children to travel safely to his house in Wattala and boarded a cab brought from the company where he is working and arrived at the Borella Public Cemetery. It is said that the driver of that cab was a person named Nihal.

Apparently, Krish Perera has set foot at the Borella Public Cemetery within a very short time of receiving the call.

The first issue that arose for the Criminal Investigation Department investigators during the investigation into Dinesh Shafter’s murder was whether he was killed elsewhere and then taken to the cemetery. To clear up that suspicion, investigators turned their attention to security camera data. The first thing that the investigators notice is when Dinesh Shafter leaves the house on Flower Road.

Tani Shamin stated that Dinesh Shafter left the house around 2 p.m., saying he would return in half an hour, but security camera data shows that he actually left his car on the highway at around 2.06 p.m. A number of other technical investigations to determine whether there was another person in the car at the time, as well as inquiries from the house’s security guards, show that Dinesh Shafter got into the car and drove away alone that day.

Since then, the Criminal Investigation Department’s investigators have confirmed that Dinesh Shafter leaves his house and drives directly to the Borella Public Cemetery within fifteen to twenty minutes, following a very complex and time-consuming investigation that included examining security camera footage at every junction.

He only stopped his car once on his journey. That location is in front of Rodrigo Logenzi Favoursl, which is located at 28 Malalasekara Mawatha, Colombo 07. He bought enough snacks for two people in two bags, according to what has been revealed. He tosses those two snack bags in the car and drove straight to Borella Public Cemetery.

He drove into the cemetery through the gate on the side of Devi Balika Vidyalaya. It is unknown whether security guards were present at the cemetery at the time. Vehicles are not subject to any checks when entering the Borella Public Cemetery, regardless of whether security guards are present. It was a free environment at the time for anyone to park a car and spend time in the cemetery.

In the analysis of the facts clearly revealed in the investigation of the security camera data, it appears that the destination of Dinesh Shafter, who left home saying he would return in half an hour, was the Borella Public Cemetery.

It can also be inferred that the destination was the cemetery and two parcels of snacks were obtained for a visitor who was to be met at the cemetery. Even in the post-mortem examination of Dinesh Shafter, the food pieces found in his intestines confirm that he had eaten the snacks bought from Malalasekara Mawatha either at the cemetery or in the car on the way there.

What happened to the second packet if Dinesh Shafter emptied one of those snack bags? It is possible that it was eaten by Dinesh Shafter’s killer, who went to meet him at the cemetery. This snack says a lot in this context. That is, if he is taken to a location such as a cemetery to provide a snack for someone he does not know.

This indicates that the person Dinesh Shafter went to meet at the graveyard was more sympathetic to him. There will be no need for a snack if the trip is only a two-minute goodbye conversation. As a result, it is clear that Dinesh Shafter’s trip was not planned for 30 minutes.

However, there is an issue as to why Dinesh Shafter’s wife was so upset about this trip. Only she is aware of it. She had once told the police that they wanted to get to the airport early because they were leaving for England that night, so she was concerned and searched for his whereabouts. Investigators also discovered that she was concerned about an 8.30 p.m. flight at 2.30 p.m.

About Dinesh Shafter’s murder, Krish Perera told the police that Dinesh Shafter told him that he was going to meet BT between 1.00 and 1.30 that evening. B.T. They are called Brian Thomas, a cricket commentator. Krish Perera tried to say that Brian Thomas was responsible for Dinesh’s murder. In front of the police, he wanted to point out that Dinesh Shafter had been cheated by Brian Thomas of 160 crore rupees, so this crime was committed by Brian. A court case is currently underway in this regard. That is according to a complaint made by Dinesh Shafter to the Criminal Investigation Department. It is said to be 160 crores, but the amount is a little less than that. That is 140 crore rupees.

Will Dinesh Shafter pay Brian Thomas a visit in a cemetery while a court case is pending? This is a mystery that was presented to the investigators at the start of the investigation. When the investigators pay close attention, it appears that Brian Thomas did not even leave his house on the day Dinesh was murdered.

Aside from that, additional scientific evidence revealed that Brian had nothing to do with the murder. So far, the investigations have revealed this. It is impossible to predict how the investigations will progress in the future. This is because anyone can commit murder by signing a contract. Even that argument falls apart because Dinesh Shafter is said to have taken a snack to the cemetery to someone else.

Some argue that he went to the cemetery that day to meet someone who was eating a snack and chatting. If Dinesh Shafter was killed on the highway, there is a strong possibility that he was killed on contract. However, at first glance, the Criminal Investigation Department’s investigators discovered a conspiracy to implicate Brian Thomas in this murder.

Brian’s mobile phone received a message in English from Dinesh Shafter’s mobile phone after 2.30 that evening saying “I will be here until you come”. At that time, there was no meeting or conversation preparation between the two, so Brian Thomas replied with a text message written in English that means “I don’t have any conversation with you”.

While researching the facts, investigators discovered that after Dinesh Shafter became the victim of one or more criminals, this message was forwarded from his mobile phone to Brian Thomas’ mobile phone. As a result, it is clear that someone with knowledge of Dinesh Shafter’s mobile phone was involved in this crime.

It was Krish Perera who found Dinesh Shafter a victim of criminals in his car near the memorial built for the ashes of Air Force personnel near the crematorium towards Devi Balika Vidyalaya in Borella Public Cemetery. He goes there as per Tani Shamin’s notification. According to Tani Shamin, she told Krish Perera about this half an hour after Dinesh Shafter left the house. It was around 2.30 pm or thereabouts. Krish Perera had said that when he received the call, he was on his way to drop his two children home from school, and immediately after receiving the call, he sent the children home and called a cab from the company he was working for and went to Borella Public Cemetery. A person named Nihal was driving the car at that time.

Krish Perera went to the Borella Public Cemetery fifteen minutes after receiving Tani Shamin’s phone call, according to the investigation. He approaches the cemetery from the same direction as Dinesh Shafter. Krish Perera enters the crematorium by himself, looking for Dinesh Shafter. He informed the cab driver to stop the vehicle on Model Farm Road.

He claims that he told the driver to stop the cab on the road rather than entering the cemetery because there was some traffic near the entrance at the time. These issues are still being investigated. The investigators do not appear to have reached a firm conclusion on this yet. Following the collection of scientific and experimental evidence, the investigators will question Krish Perera about it in the coming days in order to find solutions to the problems at hand.

Krish Perera stated that he had entered the burial ground alone in search of Dinesh Shafter. So he went to find Dinesh Shafter’s exact location. He noticed that car parked in the cemetery’s ninth lane. He sees Dinesh Shafter as a victim of criminals after going there and checking. He didn’t seem to recall Nihal, the driver who had accompanied him. He saw a labourer digging a hole in a far corner of the cemetery to bury a dead body, called him, and brought him there. The worker, a Colombo Municipal Council employee, thinks that someone who came to the cemetery for a funeral has become ill. It wasn’t until he arrived that he realised it was a crime.

Dinesh Shafter was behind the wheel at the time. A wire was wrapped around his neck, with the two ends tied to the driver’s seat. It is now secured with cable ties. After the labourer comes to him and sees everything, Krish Perera rescues Dinesh Shafter from the dykes. There is also the worker’s assistance.

Krish Perera then attempts to put Dinesh Shafter behind the wheel. When that failed, Krish Perera dragged Dinesh Shafter to the seat next to the driver’s seat and took the wheel, claiming that he didn’t know how to get to the Colombo National Hospital and taking the worker with him. They were at the National Hospital between 3:00 and 3.15 p.m., according to the investigation. Dinesh Shafter was in the midst of a life-or-death struggle at the time.

Tani Shamin says that during that time she was continuously receiving calls on the mobile phones of Krish Perera and her husband Dinesh Shafter. She also says that both of them did not respond to phone calls. It is said that she finally got a response from her husband’s mobile phone at around 3.17 pm. She doesn’t know who that person is. She only knows that that person is not her husband or Krish Perera. The person who responded to the call told her to come to the emergency department of the National Hospital as soon as possible.

Accordingly, when she comes to the hospital, Krish Perera is with the cemetery worker. The laborer had barely seen a person speeding away from the place where Dinesh Shafter’s car had been stopped while stopping at the cemetery. That was moments before Krish Perera came there and screamed for help.

The investigators have also received information that when the cemetery worker told about this at the National Hospital, Krish Perera showed some photos on his mobile phone and said, “Isn’t he the one who passed away” and tried hard to identify him. He is said to have been trying to identify the worker by showing the picture of Brian Thomas.

The worker saw a figure walking from the spot where Dinesh Shafter’s car was parked, so he was not able to identify if that person was Bravan Thomas or someone else. That’s why he didn’t recognize the photo. Even if he had made that identification, it is impossible to imagine where Brian Thomas would be today.

Even when the Borella police started preliminary investigations into this crime, Krish Perera repeatedly said that Brian Thomas was suspected of this crime. To intensify that suspicion, Tani Shamin told the police that Brian Thomas or someone he had used to commit this crime to her husband.

She also said that Dinesh Shafter was in great pain regarding a money transaction. She also said that although she knew about it, her husband did not tell her anything about it. She also said that her husband must not have told her that because he thought that she would be upset when she heard it.

She firmly said to the police that there is no enemy other than Brian Thomas to cause such trouble to her husband.

This is how the suspicion of Dinesh Shafter’s murder first unfolded to Brian Thomas. Now that doubt has been directed in another direction. Although they have been identified, the investigating officers are still delaying to bring them to justice due to the lack of strong evidence.

Is his business transaction linked to this murder? If not, there is a strong possibility that Dinesh Shafter was the victim of another crime. A slew of scientific investigations are currently underway to uncover the truth by examining everything from Dinesh’s mobile phone to his bank account. In this case, not only Dinesh’s, but also another suspect’s, 16 Sri Lankan banks are searched using two ID numbers to find information about their accounts in those banks. The investigators learned a lot about the business dealings from interrogating Dinesh Shafter’s two brothers. It was to learn the specifics and correct information about the disputes involving Dinesh Shafter’s business shares.

Apart from that, in order to find out some missing information, the investigators of the Criminal Investigation Department have sent the mobile phone of Dinesh Shafter as well as his wife Tani Shamin, his friend Krish Perera and even the mobile phones of the cemetery employee as well as an office worker to a network check. Important information may be hidden in them. It is because by raising important evidence or information through this in the investigation, every subtle point will become a very important factor to track down the killer.

Not only about these people, the investigators have focused their extensive investigation on the security personnel of the company providing security to the house on flower Road where Dinesh Shafter resided and on the servants of the house. It is to get their support to solve many questionable problems.

Has Dinesh Shafter ever travelled alone in like this in a car without a driver? Did they saw a change in his behavior on the day of his murder to find answers to many questions. That is because a high-level businessman like Dinesh Shafter traveling alone without a driver has become not only a matter of suspicion, but also a matter of surprise. More than that, it has become more surprising that who was the closest to him that he went to meet in the biggest cemetery in Sri Lanka and stayed in the car and ate short eats and indulged in relaxation.

The mystery of Dinesh Shafter’s murder can only be solved by imprisoning that close relative. Investigators are currently working 24 hours a day to gather strong evidence against the person close to him. It is with the preparation of arresting that close person and bringing him before the law immediately.
