Mrs. Samantha Pawar, head of USAD Institute, who came to Sri Lanka this morning, went to inquire about the condition of the farmers in Jaela area this afternoon.
She mentioned that a grant of 40 million dollars will be given to meet the fertilizer requirements for the next season.
