Ratmalane Kudu Anju alias Amal Saminda Silva, an underworld gang leader and drug trafficker, has been arrested in France. It was by the International Police.
Sri Lanka security forces had informed the International Police about him.
He was wanted in connection with many crimes in this country and had fled the island last year. The arrested Ratmalane Anju is 39 years old.
