A group of former members of the Colombo Municipal Council lodged a complaint with the Bribery and Corruption Investigation Commission today (08) against the former Mayor Rosy Senanayake.
They allege that the monthly electricity bill of her official residence is two lakhs and she has paid ninety one lakhs to the government as electricity bills throughout the last period.
They allege that even though the post of mayor has been abolished, she is still staying at the official residence.
