A is reported that the Secretary General of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, Member of Parliament Mr. Dayasiri Jayasekara’s, signature has been forged and submitted nominations for this year’s local government election.
According to reported that a candidate contesting for the Dehiwala Mountlavinia Municipal Council submitted his nomination using his signature forgery.
Meanwhile, during an inquiry regarding the related incident, Sri Lanka Freedom Party Secretary General and Member of Parliament Mr. Dayasiri Jayasekara said that a complaint would be made to the Criminal Investigation Division tomorrow (24).
