Mr. Dallas Alahapperuma recently made a special revelation about the latest tobacco mafia.
According to Mr. Alahapperuma, the former finance minister reduced the price of cigarettes in the budget, and the current president has proposed legalising cannabis in the budget.
He expressed doubt that this is being done to meet the reduced amount of cigarette use.
