A special meeting is currently taking place between former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga and representatives of the opposition political parties, it has been learned.
According to internal sources, the upcoming local government elections are being discussed here.
It is also learned that representatives from many independent opposition groups, including the Samagi Jana Balawegaya, are attending this meeting.
