UNP and Pohottuva reach an agreement on three points!

It is reported that in the discussions between the United National Party and Pohottuwa at the Presidential Secretariat today, an agreement has been reached on 3 points.

Accordingly, both parties have come to an agreement to compete for the local government bodies that are beneficial to them under bud or the elephant sign, to compete for many other local government bodies under a common symbol, and to compete separately for other local government bodies and form them together in the establishment of local government bodies.

These discussions were held today at the Presidential Secretariat.

Mr. Vajira Abeywardena, Range Bandara and Ruwan Wijaywardena participated in this discussion which was held this morning, representing the UNP and Mr. Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Rohitha Abeygunawardena and Sanjeeva Edirimanna represented Pohottuwa.
