It is said that a fourth-year student of Kelaniya University died yesterday (24th) night after being hospitalized due to sudden illness.
However, the university students allege that due to the absence of an ambulance facility or other vehicle in the university to admit the concerned student to the hospital, his hospitalization was delayed.
According to this, about 150 students are currently enrolled in the university.
