The submission of the Anti-Terrorism Bill to Parliament has been postponed.
Justice Minister Dr. Wijedasa Rajapaksa said that the decision was taken after considering the demands made by the opposition and lawyers.

The minister said that the opposition and lawyers have requested that the relevant bill should be studied and brought before the Supreme Court.

He mentioned that it will be decided to submit this bill to the Parliament a day after the Parliament meeting on April 25.
