The Petroleum Products Bill is unconstitutional – Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court informed speaker that Petroleum Products Special Provisions Amendment Bill is inconsistent as a whole with the article 12(1) of the Constitution, Speaker announced a shortwhile ago.

The Supreme Court has also informed us that inconstancies will cease if amendments are made as recommended.
