Roshan Ranasinghe, the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, met with a group of former sports ministers to talk about how to improve sports in Sri Lanka.
The Sports Ministry said that the meeting took place yesterday (July 14) to talk about ideas and suggestions from former Sports Ministers.
Former Sports Ministers Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Gamini Lokage, Lakshman Kiriella, Jeewan Kumaranathunga, Dayasiri Jayasekara, Naveen Dissanayake, Faizer Mustapa, Harin Fernando, and President of National Sports Council Arjuna Ranathunga all attended the meeting.
Namal Rajapaksa, who is a former Sports Minister, was notably not there.
