The Human Rights Commission visited the scene of the police shooting of the Tihagoda student! (VIDEO)

The Human Rights Commission had gone there today to investigate an incident at Thihagoda in which a student was hurt as a result of police shooting.

The commission’s staff had also made arrangements to record the statements of a few people there.
