Sources of the Election Commission state that the Election Commission has met today (16) at 10.30 am.
It is said that since the Ministry of Finance not released funds needed the EC is to pay close attention to the future measures to be taken.
In the meantime, the Government Press said that a letter was again sent to the Treasury asking them to allocate the required amount for the printing of ballot papers.
