The Court of Appeal, which decided to suspend the Consumer Service Authority’s gazette notification setting a maximum price for eggs, ordered the authority to set a maximum price for eggs today (14).
The order was issued today after the court reconsidered the petition filed by the Egg Producers Association.
The petition will be called again tomorrow (15).
