Ten-hour flight delay of SriLankan airlines has cost 48 people their jobs!

Due to the delay in the arrival of the plane carrying the concerned workers to the country, the human resources department of a Korean company has refused to accept the Sri Lankan workers to South Korea yesterday because of the time management problems of the staff.

48 Sri Lankans who were scheduled to accept employment yesterday were refused by the Korean due to their delay to arrive in Korea.

These job seekers were selected by the Foreign Employment Bureau and assigned to manufacturing and fishing sectors. Their scheduled departure to South Korea was on a Sri Lankan air lines flight.

However it was notified the flight will take off 10 hours late due to some technical issues the Korean company informed the workers not to be sent because of this non punctuality
