Sagala convenes a meeting with the President to address land issues throughout the country!

A discussion on amending the provisions of the ordinances of land management institutions and introducing new regulations was held at the President’s Office on the afternoon of the 10th, chaired by President Ranil Wickramasinghe.

Here, the President informed the relevant officials to amend the existing ordinances related to land in Sri Lanka to suit the current development needs and to appoint a suitable committee to speed up the work.

Presidential Adviser on National Security Mr. Sagala Ratnayake and officials from relevant institutions including the Ministry of Lands participated in this discussion.
