It is reported that President Ranil Wickremesinghe is going to Egypt at the end of this week to participate in the COP27 climate conference.
It is learned that the President is scheduled to visit Egypt from Saturday (5) to Wednesday, November 9.
Mr. Ruwan Wijewardena, President’s Senior Adviser on Climate Change and Mr. Dinook Colomboge, Director of Presidential International Relations, are also scheduled to join the President on this visit.
Earlier, the President was engaged in British and Japanese tours for funeral ceremonies.
