During a religious ceremony held in Hambantota, it was seen that there was strong opposition from the local residents to the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Mahinda Amaraweera.
The local residents had protested by booing the minister.
Earlier, Mr. Bandula Gunawardena, who had come to a religious ceremony, had also taken steps to harass a person in Homagama area.
