The heads of Parliament have decided not to allow Mr. Janaka Ratnayake to witness the debate on the proposal to remove Sri Lanka Public Utilities Commission Chairman Mr. Janaka Ratnayake from that position.
A senior official of the Parliament said that Mr. Janaka Ratnayake was informed about that.
He also mentioned that the decision was taken according to the parliamentary tradition.
Mr. Janaka Ratnayake recently requested the General Secretary of the Parliament to allow him and his two sons to witness the debate against him.
