New development in the Dinesh Shafter murder investigation: Mysterious two near the deceased at the time of murder! Two water bottles yield new evidence!

The murder of prominent businessman Dinesh Shafter, who was a director of Janashakti Group, remains an unsolved mystery. The Homicide and Organized Crime Investigation Division of the Criminal Investigation Department, which investigated this death from the beginning, has a strong suspicion that Dinesh Shafter committed suicide. In that regard, there is a suspicious situation in the civil society from the beginning.

Even though it was so, from the beginning the investigative team of the Criminal Investigation Department even from the facts presented to the court about the murder of Dinesh Shafter showed that Dinesh Shafter had committed suicide. Almost all of those evidences were presented because they were evidences that could prove it. Dinesh Shafter’s death, which was initially investigated as a murder, took a different path. It may be because such evidence always came out of their investigations.

Almost all the evidence presented to the court by the Criminal Investigation Department in the first instance suggests that Dinesh Shafter committed suicide, but is Dinesh Shafter’s death a suicide? Or is it an organized murder? There is still a dilemma today.

When the investigation officers suspect that Dinesh Shafter’s death was a suicide, his family members believe it was an organised murder. Dinesh Shafter’s family has intervened in the investigation of his death through the court due to their strong desire to learn the truth about his death. As a result, a well-known lawyer is currently representing Dinesh Shafter’s rights in court. Anuja Premaratne is the President’s counsel. That is why Dinesh Shafter’s death is now being investigated as something other than a suicide.

It has now turned into a comprehensive and transparent investigation into Dinesh Shafter’s death, pointing out suspicious areas. This is based on the facts pointed out by the President’s lawyer Anuja Premaratne before the court from time to time. When the Criminal Investigation Department stated before the court on several occasions that the death was a suicide, President’s lawyer Anuja Premaratne pointed out the facts leading to the emergence of other events.

Dinesh Shafter’s death comes with a lot of mystery indeed. He was preparing to move to England and on December 15, he came from his home at Mal Road, Colombo 07 to the Borella Public Cemetery alone in his car. When he arrived, he also bought some snacks from a restaurant at Malalasekara Mawatha, Colombo 07. Taking it to the Borella Public Cemetery, he stops his car at a deserted place in the cemetery. There is also a controversial situation about that place.

It was during this time that Dinesh Shafter’s wife allegedly made calls to his phone and when he did not respond to those calls, she told her business associate about it. In the end, it was the same business associate who found Dinesh Shafter who was in a battle between life and death due to a mysterious incident in his car at the Borella Public Cemetery. Dinesh Shafter, who is also close to Dinesh Shafter’s family, goes there and Dinesh Shafter remains in the driver’s seat of the car with his hands tied. Around the body is an antenna wire. The hands are tied with a zip tie. Dinesh Shafter’s pulse was already falling, so the business associate took steps to take him to the Colombo National Hospital as soon as possible.

With the support of two employees of the cemetery. Although they were able to remove the wire that was wrapped around the body, it was not an easy task to remove or break the zip tie that tied the hands. So he was the one who took him from the driver’s seat to the seat next to it and took Dinesh Shafter to the Colombo National Hospital in the same car along with the two cemetery workers. Dinesh Shafter’s hands are tied with zip ties at the hospital.

The investigators of the Criminal Investigation Department started to raise suspicions that Dinesh Shafter sat in the car and hanged the antenna wire that he brought from home with the driver’s seat of the car and then tied his hands with a zip tie and hanged himself. The Criminal Investigation Department also presented a lot of evidence to prove these things. Among them were some zip ties found in a desk drawer of Dinesh Shafter’s house on Mal road and a piece of antenna wire in the house. Apart from that, another piece of evidence found through security camera data shows that Dinesh Shafter had carried the antenna wire in his car when he came from home to the cemetery.

At the same time, the investigators of the Criminal Investigation Department received another piece of evidence from the Forensic Department. It means that there was some type of poison inside his body. At the same time, the Criminal Investigation Department said that the analysis of the data on Dinesh Shafter’s mobile phone shows that he has done research on this type of poison. In that way, the Criminal Investigation Department tried to say that Dinesh Shafter had committed suicide and that no other crime would emerge from the investigations. The investigating officers always tried to point out all those facts before the court based on the investigative conditions they revealed.

Even so, not only the investigations carried out by the Criminal Investigation Department on Dinesh Shafter’s murder, but even the post-mortem reports submitted to the court stating the cause of the death are now being challenged before the court. That is why the court even has to appoint an expert medical panel to ascertain the cause of Dinesh Shafter’s death. Dr. Asela Mendis, a specialist in the faculty of forensic medicine at the University of Colombo, is the head of the five-member medical board. Among the other members are Dr. R. C. R., Professor and Specialist of Ruhunu University. Perera, University of Peradania Pathologist Dr. Prof. D.H.H. Fernando, Peradeniya Hospital Senior Chief Forensic Officer S. Sivasubramaniam and Galle Karapitiya Hospital Chief Senior Forensic Officer P.R. Ruwanpura.

It is evident from the facts that have been revealed before the court that they are investigating the facts about Dinesh Shafter’s death with great diversity. The new facts regarding the death of Dinesh Shafter are emerging through that.

The government taster has not only examined the zip tie, but also the water bottle used by Dinesh Shafter that day as well as the antenna wire with which he is said to have strangled himself. Through that, two bio-samples were found in them. It was not compared to Dinesh Shafter’s bio sample. If so, the sample belongs to two outsiders.

Now it has to be revealed who are the aliens who own the bio-samples. The bio-samples of the two cemetery workers who helped take Dinesh Shafter from the Borella cemetery to the hospital will be tested first. Those bio-samples were not compared to foreign bio-samples found on the water bottle, the wire that allegedly strangled her, and the zip tie that bound her hands.

The mystery of Dinesh Shafter’s death, which emerges every day, is often able to be solved by identifying the people whose two unidentified bio-samples match. Efforts are currently being made to identify individuals whose bio-samples match. At least one biological sample has not been confirmed from the biological sample testing so far, many more biological resources remain to be tested. The investigation into Dinesh Shafter’s death will be further confused if the identity of the two foreign bio-samples cannot be identified among those bio-samples.
