Mahinda has not arrived to vote for the 22nd Amendment!

Although the 22nd Constitution Amendment Bill was passed today (21) with a majority of votes, it was a special event that former President Mahinda Rajapaksa did not join the occasion.

Apart from this, another group of MPs did not come to the Parliament today to vote.
