Chairman of the Public Utility Commission, Mr. Janatha Ratnayake, has sent a letter to the Secretary General of the Parliament, Mr. Dhammika Dasanayake, requesting that he and his two children be given the opportunity to witness the voting that will be held in Parliament on the 24th on the motion to remove him from office.
