Himali Arunathilaka has been named Sri Lanka’s permanent representative in Geneva.

Himali Arunathilaka has been appointed as the permanent representative of Sri Lanka in Geneva. Until now, the position was held by C.A. Chandraprema.

C.A. Chandraprema is the author of Gota’s War.

Before being appointed to this new position, Himali Arunathilake has worked as Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to Nepal.

This appointment has been made with the approval of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Posts.
