Former British Prime Minister David Cameron, who is on a personal visit to Sri Lanka, met President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Presidential Office this morning (02).
Mr. Cameron, who joined the president in a friendly discussion, extended his best wishes to the president for the new year.
Mr. Sagala Ratnayake, President’s Senior Adviser on National Security and President’s Chief of Staff, Mr. Saman Ekanayake, President’s Secretary were also present on this occasion.
Mr. David Cameron is currently working as a lecturer at a university in Abu Dhabi.
