Extraordinary revelation about the 9 most dangerous criminals in Sri Lanka, who emerged unexpectedly and is being held by India!

Last week, the Indian media almost unexpectedly revealed a special story and named several people involved in Sri Lanka’s underworld and drug trafficking, as well as those planning to resurrect the LTTE. The names of nine underworld members were mentioned there. Sinnaiya Ravindran Gunasekaran aka Kimbulala Guna, Balachandran Pushparaj aka Pukudikanna, Mohammad Mansoor Mohammad Azmin aka Azmi, Sunil Gamini Fonseka aka Kota Gamini, Stanley Kennedy Fernando aka Bumma, and Dinamu. There was Withana’s Asitha Noel Kumar aka Ami Asitha and the village’s Suranga Pradeep aka Vallee Suranga.

Many criminals involved in terrorist acts and crimes in this country have fled to other countries and are hiding. The International Police has already issued red notices to 129 of them, ordering their arrest on the spot. The majority of the 129 criminals are terrorists. Furthermore, numerous criminals have been issued red notices for fraud, murder, and drug trafficking. Among those who have received red notices are 25 people involved in the underworld and drug trafficking. Almost all of them are drug lords who run the Sri Lankan drug trade.

India has become the new home.

The majority of these people have fled to the countries where they are now staying by boat through India. Angoda Lokkath, who attacked a prison bus in Kalutara’s Ethanmadala and killed seven people, including Samayang, a powerful underworld gang leader, and six or seven others, including Nalin Chaturanga alias Ladiya of Neelamulla Kankanamla, escaped to India by boat from the Kalpitiya area. Both Angoda Lokka and Ladia were apprehended in India as they attempted to flee to Dubai using a forged foreign passport. Finally, Angoda lokkka remain in India until he is assassinated by a plot devised by his own minions. In India, the number of criminals is also not insignificant.

Even our country’s security forces are unaware that some criminals are in India. Thel Bala was the criminal who spent the most time in India. He is a first-tier drug trafficker who flees to India after the LTTE attacks the Kolonnawa petroleum storage complex. When the Criminal Investigation Department was getting prepared to make an arrest for supporting terrorists, he died during a surgery in India in 2018. He was living an affluent life in India at the time. He also ran a taxi service. He owned over 200 taxis at the time of his death.

Kimbula, who was apprehended on January 31, 2022 at the Chennai airport in a special operation conducted by the country’s police, lived an elite life in India, similar to Ale Gunada and Thel Bala. In that country, he also owns a taxi company. In addition, he was the owner of a football club in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Many politicians in Chennai are close friends of his.

Kibula Ela Guna’s  pedigree

Guna, like Thelbala, went to live in India. During Mahinda Rajapaksa’s presidency, he was terrified of death due to the operation of a white van gang against the underworld. He flees to India not alone, but with his brother Suresh and his henchmen. Among them was Kota Gamini, a powerful figure in this country’s underworld.

Kimbula Ala Guna provides shelter and facilities to underworld criminals involved in drug trafficking who are fleeing to India from this country. It is also beneficial to relocate those people from India to another country. All of this comes at a high cost.

Assassinates Athurugiriya Police OIC and flees the country.

Kimbula Ala Guna’s name is also on the list of people who have received International Police Red Notices. That was in August  2010. According to police information in this country, his name is on the International Police Red Notices in connection with the shooting and killing of Inspector Douglas Nimal, OIC Dematagoda Police’s anti-corruption division, and his wife in Athurugiriya Pore area. He executes the double murder with the help of Indian henchmen. That was back in 2006.

Why Guna was arrested

According to Indian information, the Indian police are not arresting Kimbulaela Guna in accordance with the International Police Red Notice. According to a lengthy investigation into Kota Gamini, his main disciple, who was arrested in October last year with 300 kg of heroin ready to be transported to Sri Lanka. According to Makandure Madush’s plan to shoot and kill Police Inspector Neomal Rangajeeva, OIC  of the Police Narcotics Bureau, Mohammad Nawaz, who was accompanying him on a false drug tip, was recently apprehended by Indian police.

Nawas betrays Guna

Kota Gamini did not betray his boss Kimbulale Guna, but Mohammad Nawaz did in the face of intense questioning. As a result, the Chennai Police  has launched an operation to apprehend Guna in Kimbulale. Knowing about the operation ahead of time, Guna plans to leave Chennai for  few days with his son and followers. They’re getting ready to fly to Delhi. After throwing sand in the eyes of the Chennai police, he had no chance of escaping to Delhi. They were apprehended at the airport because the Chennai police were aware of it in advance. Guna is not the only person detained there. Four people, including his son, who were planning to flee to Delhi with Guna were apprehended. Bumma alias Kennedy, an LTTE shooter who joined the underworld, was one of them. Aside from that, another LTTE member named Prabhaharan served as Guna’s bodyguard. There was also a participant.

The information about these people’s arrest arrived in Sri Lanka the next day. In this regard, our country’s Minister of Public Security at the time, Rear Admiral Sarath Weerasekera, held a press conference in which he thanked Indian authorities for apprehending them and stated that our country also contributed to the operation. The minister also hinted that steps would be taken to bring the arrested Guna and others back to Sri Lanka.

Will Guna be given to Sri Lanka?

Despite Minister Sarath Weerasekera’s hints, India did not hand over the captured criminals, including Kimbulaela Guna, to Sri Lanka. Except for Kimbulaela Guna, none of the other detainees have received International Police Red Notices. According to the Red Notice, if criminals are exchanged, the country will only receive Kimbulalaela guna. Gunawa, on the other hand, was arrested by Chennai police in connection with a drug trade that occurred in that country, not because he is a criminal wanted by Sri Lanka. As a result, the Chennai Police are unlikely to hand over Guna or the other suspects to the country.

Angoda Lokka and Ladia, who fled to India after Samayang’s murder, were apprehended at Chennai airport on their way to Dubai, but they were not handed over to us despite our repeated requests. Angoda Lokka also passes away in India. Ladia remains in India.

Sinnaiya Gunasekaran or Kimbulalala Guna

Examining Kimbulala Guna’s history, it appears that he was in the business of selling mixed fuel by placing sacks of mixed fuel in Modara side drains. That was the start of Thelbala. According to a Facebook post by Chief Inspector Neomal Rangajeeva, OIC of the Police Narcotics Bureau’s raids section, the arrival of Kimbulalala Guna’s descendants in Colombo occurs from the Central Highlands. In the underworld, he is known as Kimbulalala Guna. Sinnaiya Gunasekaran is his father. Sinnaiah is the surname. His name is Gunasekaran. However, he has been referred to as ‘Guna’ since childhood. He is known as Kimbulalaela Guna because he was involved in underworld activities near Modara Kimbulalaela. The police have given him this name.

Comes to Colombo to wash toilets

According to Neomal Rangajeeva’s research, Sinnaiyalas come to Colombo from plantations to work washing public toilets. Meanwhile, they worked on carts that collected excrement from the bucket toilets that were in use at the time. With the removal of bucket toilets, all that remains is to do is clean the toilets. As a result, in order to supplement their income, they began working in the Kiera forts near the Colombo swamps. The faeces collected in the bucket toilets were to be disposed of in several locations on the Modara side at the time. The Sinnaiyas’ settlement was located along that nearby path. Kimbulalela was also inhabited by the Sinnaiyalas.

Establishes a link with LTTE

Kimbulala Gunada is a Sinnaiya family member. He has many siblings. They, too, rely on Guna. Guna, as a Tamil, had no fewer ties to the LTTE. The LTTE is planning to spy in Colombo. Initially, the members were shielded by Guna. Instead, the LTTE treats Guna with gratitude by providing large quantities of firearms and drugs to destroy Sinhalese youth. According to the facts, Guna’s name is at the top of the list of the country’s initial links to drug trafficking. Hundreds of kilos of drugs were not brought by ships from Pakistan at the time, as they are now. Everything happened in India. Guna is a powerful drug trafficker due to his LTTE connections with Indian drug traffickers. Even when Guna was apprehended in India, the LTTE was present. Even today Two members are  still present with him.

Strong political power

Unlike today, there were three major underworld gangs centred around Colombo at the time. It is determined by ethnicity. There is a Sinhala underworld, a Tamil underworld, and a Muslim underworld. Kimbulala Guna was an important figure in the Tamil underworld. Guna, who had gained financial power through drug trafficking, wielded considerable political power. Guna was primarily protected on the plantation by a powerful politician who would receive powerful ministers regardless of which government came to power. Furthermore, a politician who ruled Colombo at the time was a close friend of Guna. That politician was Guna’s bodyguard. Both of these politicians are no longer alive.

Aside from these two, Guna had many other politicians in his pocket. Among them were a number of local politicians. Because of his political power at the time, Guna could do anything in the city of Colombo. He was the one who chose the Modara police station OICs. He is also in charge of officer transfers. That’s how strong he was. As a result, police in the province of Kimbulaela did not even set foot on the ground. They knew that a single phone call from Guna would send him to Jaffna. As a result, many officers took precautions to keep Guna in shape and protect their chair. Some Modara Police officers addressed Guna as “brother” and “sir” at the time.

Guna in Police Guna in Courts

His law was implemented on Guna’s side of Kimbulalaela. Despite the fact that Kimbulaela is located some distance from Modara police, the police received no complaints or conflict issues from the village. Everything is solved by quality. It’s from Guna’s cops. There was even a court in Guna’s kingdom’s underworld at the time to hear cases and administer punishments. The people of Kimbulaela couldn’t say anything above Guna’s command at the time. Guna will be shot and killed in that case, according to the court’s decision.

The big men of the police also showed loyalty to Kimbulaela Guna due to their political acumen. As a result, the Modara police receive unofficial orders from those officials not to go near Kimbulaela in the province. Many officers in the Modara Police Department at the time strictly followed that order. When the media reports against Guna were published at the time, the police station OICs offered to correct them on Guna’s behalf. That is why people referred to Modara Police as Guna’s Police at the time. If a police officer defies those orders and enters the kingdom of Kimbulala Guna, he will be attacked. There was a women’s corps that relied on Guna for that.

Following their assault on the police, they accused the officers of attempting to molest them. Modara police will record the complaint and take action against the officers in order to drive them away from the force. Once, a group of excise officers had to be shot after raiding a drug ring in Kimbulala Guna. Excise officers were assaulted, and their firearms were stolen. The law did not appear to be properly implemented at the time. Sarath Lugoda, a well-known police officer who was the director of the Colombo Crime Division in its early days, raided Kimbulalala Guna’s kingdom. Following that raid, he was subjected to intense pressure from higher-ranking officials. Guna was extremely powerful that day.

Bomb attacked Chandrika came through Guna

The LTTE detonated a suicide bomber at a public rally in Colombo on December 18, 1999, injuring Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga, the country’s leader at the time. It is the final meeting of the presidential campaign. At the time, President Chandrika was running for re-election for the second time. Although the President was not killed, one of her eyes was damaged and she lost her sight of that eye ffor good. The bomber was identified as a political supporter by the Criminal Investigation Department, which investigated the bombing.

On that day, supporters of the political parties she represented began marching to the meeting place. The bomber also infiltrates one of the parades. According to the investigations, the bomber is from Kimbulaela. This infiltrated the Colombo political party. She was able to enter the festival grounds unnoticed that day because that politician refused to allow the Presidential Security Division to check the Kimbula Ale group. Despite the lack of a proper investigation, the Criminal Investigation Department arrested Gunawa on suspicion. This is due to the fact that the Kimbulaela guna bomber was given protection. Guna was detained by the Criminal Investigation Department for two months before being released with no charges related to the murder.

First to bring Snipers was Guna

Guna’s gang was the first in the country to employ sniper rifles. Guna had obtained those weapons from the LTTE. At the time, one of those weapons was also given to the chairman of the  Western Provincial Municipal Council. When officers from the Western Province’s Northern District Crime Division learned of this, they launched an investigation to find the weapons. Deputy Inspector General of Police Priyantha Jayakodya was acting as director of the Western Northern District Crime Division at the time. Under his direction, an operation to locate firearms is also launched. There was no one in Colombo strong enough to challenge Guna at the time. That was because Guna commanded the majority of the Colombo underworld.

However, Kudu Lal and Guna are at odds over who gets what share of the drug trade. From Kudu Lal’s side, Prince Colum attacks Guna. Lal had also given Prince, who was ruling his kingdom at the foot of the Blumenthal dump, political power. As a result, Prince began to relentlessly attack Guna’s disciples. In Colombo, there is hardly a day that goes by without gunfire. In one batch, two or three people were killed by gunfire. Prince Colum worked from behind bars. As a result, Guna intends to shoot and kill Prince inside the prison. He also sent a firearm to one of his disciples who was imprisoned. They dispatched henchmen to the official residence of a prison warden in the Welikada prison compound, where they kidnapped the warden’s wife and child and terrified him. Although that weapon could not be used to kill Prince, the extent of Guna’s power can be imagined accordingly.

Problem cropped after MPs killing

If the Sri Lanka Police conducts a thorough investigation into Guna, it will begin with the murder of Sunil Mendis, a Western Provincial Council minister. Guna was responsible for the murder. Guna used his henchmen to shoot and kill Sunil Mendis in 2003 under the contract of the mayor, who he had given  a sniper rifle. It’s a political battle. Kota Gamini was also a suspect in the killing. Priyantha Jayakodi of the Western Province Northern District Crime Division is leading the investigation. When the two suspects in the murder were apprehended, Kota Gamini was at his home in Kirulapane, unaware of what had happened. Das Gupta, a well-known criminal investigator, lead a team to capture him.

Planned to kill Priyantha Jayakodi

Kota Gamini was holding his two children in his lap and petting them when he left. Gamini will be arrested, and the police are prepared to shoot if necessary. The police officers did not even want to point their guns at Gamini because of the two children. That is why the officers told him to keep the children separate. He obeys the order by pretending to throw the children to the ground and flees by jumping out a window into the dirt stream behind the house. When the officers of the Western Province’s North District Crime Division pursued Guna’s scumbag, Priyantha threatened Jayakodi’s life as well. Shooters were also gathered near the gas station where Priyantha Jayakodi refuelled his car in order to target him. Knowing this, Priyantha Jayakodi who was dubbed “the walking library of the police”  took security precautions, if not he would not be among the living.

Sudden attack on Guna’s house

Following this incident, a large armed group stormed into Kimbulala Guna’s kingdom.  cops demolish the Guna’s court in a matter of minutes. The group then flees, leaving Guna on death row. Kimbulalala Guna’s house was swarmed with protesters within an hour of the attack. Among them were the government’s ministers at the time. They also summoned the police chiefs to Guna’s residence. There were also Deputy Inspector Generals among them. They cried over the destruction of the police and the court in Guna’s underworld. He even directed the police to arrest the attackers right away. They felt a pang about the attack on Guna’s kingdom at that time that they did not have when their fellow politician was killed. Guna was deeply disturbed by the attacks by a group of people who had broken into his kingdom, where not even a bird could have entered without his knowledge. It was mixed with apprehension about death.

Rain of bullets to comrade

Meanwhile, four people were kidnapped in front of the Welikada prison, including Guna’s brother Vijendra. When Vijendra was about to get into a car and drive to Kimbulaela with his minions, he was abducted by a group of people in a van. Along with that vehicle. The car is discovered in a cemetery near Poogoda a few hours later. Along with the four shot dead bodies, including Vijendra.

At the same time, Guna flees to India. Guna, his brother Suresh, and Kota Gamini escaped with him. Vijendra’s funeral was held on that day as a noble death. It was even done with horse carts. While Guna was in India, another of his brothers, Dinesh, and Kallum, a drug ring protégé, went missing. Their naked bodies were discovered in a well near Madampe a few days later. Kimbulala Guna retaliates by murdering police inspector Douglas Nimal and his wife. He travels to India with his son, fearful that the next shot will be fired at him. Despite being in India, he lived there like Kimbulaela. Several Chennai politicians are also close to him. Politicians in both this country and Chennai have been his protectors.

Kennedy, Stanley Fernando, also known as Bumma

Bumma, one of four people apprehended at Chennai airport alongside Kimbulala Guna, was a former LTTE shooter with ties to the southern underworld. He is also known as Kennedy. Bumma was also the mysterious shooter of many murders in the southern underworld. At the time, the police were unable to locate this mysterious killer and were powerless to intervene.

Born in Kochikade. Joined the Tigers in 2002

Bumma is a young Colombo man who joins the LTTE. He was born on May 3, 1987, and attended a school in the Kochchikade district of Colombo. That covers grades up to and including eighth grade. Bumma joins the LTTE through a man named Nathan, whom he met after leaving school while working at the Colombo fish market with his father. Nathan communicated with the LTTE. Bumma, who travels to Vanni with Nathan during the peace talks in 2002, joins the LTTE as a fighter under the tiger name Elilowan. He is trained there by Master Suban. He is deployed in front-line battles after completing his training as a skilled shooter. Military attacks inflicted three injuries on him there.

In jail, Kosgoda met with Suji.

Following the end of the war, the LTTE surrendered to the army on May 14, 2009. Bumma was among the group. He is initially referred to the Terrorist Investigation Division. He was held in the Bussa camp for 21 months by the Terrorist Investigation Division. Kosgoda Sujeewa, a Southern province ne underworld strongman detained by the Terrorist Investigation Division with a cache of weapons, was also detained in Busse at the time. The Boussa Detention Center was a good place for these two to bond.

Bumma was already acquainted with Kimbulaela Guna, the ruler of the Colombo underworld centred on Modara. That’s because Suresh, Kimbulala Guna’s brother, and Bumma were classmates. Bumma became involved in drug trafficking as a result of this. That is the LTTE who has been rehabilitated. After becoming a member. Bumma, who was rehabilitated after being transferred from the Terrorist Investigation Division’s custody to the Marandamadu Rehabilitation Center, falls into the underworld due to the drug Selvi. Jampata Street was teeming with drugs at the time. Selvi also had control over some Jampata Police officers. Selvi was a successful drug trafficker at the time, trapping rival drug dealers with the help of corrupt police officers.

Tiff with Selvi

Selvi was the mother of three sons and one daughter. Palani Shiranya, the oldest. With his mother’s help, he was also becoming a rising bully on Jampata Street at the time. He wields power over Bumma’s elder sister Shiromita one day. She was a lovely lady. Sheeran’s pointless prank escalates when Marans, one of Bumma’s two younger brothers, who couldn’t stand it as a brother, goes to meet Sheeran to inquire about it. Bumma’s brother slaps Shiran several times during the ensuing argument.

Shiran retaliated in style, storming Bumma’s house with an army of 30 or 40 thugs and destroying the entire structure. Bumma’s entire family had been brutally attacked by those thugs. Bumma’s two mothers, sisters, and two brothers were all injured in the attacks and were treated at the Colombo National Hospital for several weeks. However, the law was not applied to Kudu Selvi. That’s because the cops were taken aback by her wealth at the time.

Bumma’s family members are forced to leave the house and relocate to a rented house on the Modara side as a result of this situation. Bumma was in Busse at the time of all of this. When Bumma was released, her mother, Subramaniam Selvaraj, went to work for the Marans in Kuwait. Shiromi, the elder sister, was married and living on the Modara side at the time. Because Kudu Selvi had declared the house on Jampata Street a no-go zone for this family. Bumma stepped on the ban without leaving a trace of dust. After his release, he went straight to the Jampata Street mansion. That was accomplished by challenging Selvi.

Bumma gets caught in Pukudikanna’s gossip

At the same time, the youths under pressure from Selvi and their children began to congregate around Bumma. Selvi couldn’t take it anymore. At the same time, she gives a ten lakh rupee contract to an underworld member to murder the family members, including Bumma. Pukudikanna whispers this into Bumma’s ear.

Balachandran Pushparaj alias Pookudikanna is involved in drug trafficking. He resided in Modara side. Pukudikanna, who was in contact with the LTTE, was in Welikada prison at that time. He was caught by the police with drugs. He also had a drug dispute with Selvi. That is why he provokes Bumma. Bumma was caught by that. Pukudikanna also placed a firearm in Bumma’s hands through a colleague. On September 12, 2015, Kudu Selvi’s story ends with Bumma’s shooting.

Bumma also vanished from Colombo at the same time.  appears from Kosgoda. That is with Kosgoda Suji’s protection. Suji was with his wife at the time and had fled to Dubai. It was to protect him from his adversary Makandure Madush and the police special task force. When many of his colleagues were apprehended by the police, Kosgoda Sujee was as happy as if he had a country and a state when Bumma arrived. Suji was well aware of the value of Bumma. As a result, he delegated the task of protecting Bumma from Dubai to Michael, his most trusted colleague in Uragasmanhandi.

At the time, Michael was a member of Kosgoda Suji’s gang. Michael was the one responsible for the Suzy-inspired killing spree. Many cases against him were already pending in southern courts. On February 16, 2016, a case against him was scheduled to be heard in the Balapitiya court. Two Bummas were shot dead in front of the Balapitiya court at the request of Kosgoda Suji, in front of tens of thousands of people. K.A., a well-known underworld figure, was among those killed by Bumma’s shot that day. Piyaratne was also in attendance. Fan Chamindaya is the other one. Bumma made another sacrifice at Suji’s request on April 11, 2016. It can be found in Meigaspitiya, Uragasmanhandi. Nandasiri is his name.

The Special Task Force Intelligence Division had already been informed about Kosgoda Suji’s mysterious shooter, Bumma. There was no way Nandasiri could be free for more than two or three days after his murder. According to Dharmapriya, the OIC of the Special Task Force’s Intelligence Division at the time, a group led by sub-inspector Calum Sangeet was apprehended, along with a micro-type pistol.

Bumma, who had been detained in Bandhanagar for nearly two years, was granted bail and returned to Jampata Street not only as an underworld criminal, but also as a drug trafficking tycoon.

On May 24, 2018, when he arrived, he fired the first shot at Kudu Selvi’s husband. The following July, Bumma murdered Krishna, a municipal councillor of the Colombo Municipal Council, at his shop in Kotahene, pursuant to an international contract. It was said at the time that drug trafficking was involved. At the same time, Bumma became a police target. Bumma flees to India on a boat from Halawat, knowing he will be killed if he is apprehended by the police. He seeks the protection of his school friend Suresh.

Selvi’s Children’s Playground

By this time, Kudu Selvi’s children were also terrified of death. To save their lives, they join Kanjipani Imran’s gang. It is through drug trafficking connections that this is possible. Kanjipani Imran is in Dubai with Makandure Madhush at the time. According to Kanjipani, Selvi’s younger brother and elder brother were the ones who carried the head of an underworld criminal named ‘Kos Malli’ on the road near Colombo’s Aluthkade court complex. Selvi’s younger brother was riding the motorcycle with the shooter who shot and killed a man named Anton Raj who was taking drugs from Kanjipani and cheating the bars without paying on March 19, 2018.

At the time, the eldest had been arrested for drug possession and was in jail. He was in charge of the two brothers. The brothers’ goal was to provide work for Bumma, who killed their mother, and Pukudikanna, who gave them the firearm. Pukudikanna had also fled to India at the time. So these brothers intend to bring him to this country and employ him. On August 3, 2018, Pukudikanna’s father was shot and killed near Modara Post Office for the same reason.

Outstanding shoting at Wattala

Realizing the plan of Selvi’s sons, Pukudikanna was unchanged by his father’s passing. The night before the funeral, he arrive in this country from India as a fisherman on a boat. He was not at home for very long. He returned to India toafter paying his father’s final respects.

When in company of   Kanjipani Imran and Makandure Madhush, two of Selvi’s children, grow stronger and attack, Bumma and Pookudikanth intend to break their strength. They planned to attack Selvi’s sons. They could not do this as  Selvi’s younger son and other son  were  incarcerated in the Colombo Crime Division.

The murderer come from India and returned there.

Selvi’s daughter and sons’ wives left the house at the same time, seeking safety on the Wattala side. Knowing this, Bumma and Pukudikanna intend to hire them. Selvi’s children felt the same way. On January 13, 2018, an attack occurred at Wattala Hekitta.

Two shooters in a pink Wagon R type car attacked a group of people in a car that day, killing the two people in the front seat. Despite the presence of two women and two children in the back seat, the shooters took care not to injure them and shot the target correctly. Camaflaged shooter was dressed like a Muslim female, masked was among those who attacked that day with two T-56 type firearms. Bumma is his name. He had returned to India by boat, the same way he had arrived, less than 24 hours later.

Bumma joins with Guna

Bumma killed Stephen Rajendran, who was engaged to Kudu Selvi’s daughter, and Suppaiya Madivanan, the brother of Selvi’s elder son Shiran’s wife, in that attack. Shiranth’s wife, two children, and his sister were the only survivors from the car.

Soon after the attack, a team led by Chief Inspector Nadika Silva, OIC of the Special Intelligence Division of the Special Task Force, raided Bumma’s armoury and seized a large number of firearms and drugs from the Jaela side. It is revealed there that Bumma frequently travels by boat from India and that he lives in India with Kimbulaela Guna. He was the most important link in Kimbulala Guna’s drug network at the time.

In addition to the arrested suspects, a suspect named Asitha Noel Kumara alias Amy Asitha of Dikpitiya Withana was also arrested. He has been identified as the shooter who shot Neomal Rangajeeva in Piliyandala in 2017.

In an operation carried out by the Indian Coast Guard last year in 2021, a boat containing drugs and weapons that were being brought to Sri Lanka was taken into custody. During the investigations, it was revealed that the smuggling was conducted by a group of Sri Lankan underworld, including Kimbulalala Guna, who is staying in India. They are LTTE followers in India. The Indian investigation officers were able to discover that a secret operation had been launched to revive the organization.
