Today, the government attorney representing the Attorney General informed the Court of Appeal that the consumer authority has decided to offer 42 rupees per white egg and 44 rupees per red egg.
Mr. Kuherada Soysa, the president’s counsel, informed the Court of Appeal that the egg farmers could not agree to such a price.
