Cabinet decision on minister’s electricity rate increase delayed until next week.

Kanchana Wijesekera, the minister in charge, is said to have submitted the cabinet paper containing the proposed electricity tariff revision to today’s cabinet meeting (02).

However, it is reported that a final decision has been postponed until next week’s cabinet meeting.
