A special gazette notification has been issued making electricity supply, petroleum, postal and hospital services essential services.

The extraordinary gazette notice has been issued keeping in mind that the services provided by the relevant institutions are essential for maintaining the normal life of the people, so there may be a blockage or disruption in those services.
