A mysterious dark room inside sri lanka presidential palace

Many rumors non found true.

Everyone who reads about the mysterious dark room discovered inside the country’s President’s official residence is sure to get goosebumps. A young man entered the room and stretched his arms to both sides, pondering, while displaying a plastic chair that was placed in the room.

Why all this? He recalls the agonising crying and sorrow normally associated with such scenes as depicted in Tamil and English thriller movies.
Someone responsible should reveal to the entire world what this room is. Why is there such a room in the country’s president’s official residence, and for what official purpose was it used?

One may have seen some thriller films where people were hanged and torched, brutally punished and hanged from their legs. Imagine the bleeding and suffering they underwent in such a room. Is this room used for such criminal activities? There is no clear explanation for this. This may not be a place for official activities. If anyone who was brought into such torchering chambers may not be able to speak today, one could speculate that this room may have been used for some unknown purpose.

It is possible the president has no knowledge of the existence of such a room. The President, amidst his busy schedule, may not be in a position to look into these types of things.
This president’s house has a long history. It may be used by the country’s president today. During colonial times, when building such large houses, Europeans must have built specific sections for whatever purpose they intended. Therefore, one cannot point the finger at the president alone.

Maybe previous European governors who were instrumental in building this place and occupied it should be made responsible if this is a such a dread full chamber. However, inside these rooms, the chairs and the poles that could tie one’s arms dragged behind can not be attributed to the European time period because they have a very modern outlook.

Therefore, is there an issue in this room, and if so, what is it? Someone in charge must provide an acceptable answer and cannot dismiss this as a trivial matter.

However, from politicians who flee the country, there is nothing better to expect. Let us therefore look away and adopt a “wait and see” attitude.
This is a very ancient building. Secret chambers, torcher rooms, and secret pathways are typically designed in a very hidden manner, either under a ground, through a secret doorway, or through store rooms, etc.

However, those who discovered this after the general public captured it on July 9th state that this dark room was located on the upper floor in an open area.

‘Soldaraya, which is the upper floor, is derived from Dutch architecture. As per Dutch tradition, it is a gloomy area that has little light. No electric bulbs are used in this place. In many homes, it is not a permanent living space and is only used to stack some furniture and small items when necessary. This room too could be a similar place. Without finding out the facts, it is not good to accuse someone in haste.

Therefore, as a responsible media, we would not report anything just because someone said it. There is no responsible person or persons from whom we could find out more details about this “dark room”. If you have any ideas about this place, please let us know. We too have not given up but will continue to search.
