Boris Johnson clings to power as dozens of ministers defect from his government.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson clung to power defiantly on Thursday, despite four top ministers resigning and a seemingly unstoppable revolt by his own lawmakers that threatens to paralyze the British government.   Over 50 ministers have deserted the government, which is unprecedented.
