Only a few actors in the Indian film industry command salaries in excess of Rs. 100 crores. Superstar Rajinikanth, Thalapathy Vijay, and Ajith Kumar are among the actors who earn around Rs 100 crores in Tamil cinema.
Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan has surpassed the other top actors in Tamil cinema with the industry hit “Vikram,” according to K-town gossip. According to the most recent reports, Kamal Haasan has clinched the top spot in Kollywood with his blockbuster “Vikram.”
Vikram has grossed over Rs 400 crores worldwide, with additional earnings from satellite and digital rights. While Kamal had not acted in a film for four years, it is reported that his salary prior to the 2022 film Vikram was only around 35 crore rupees.
According to reports, Kamal can be paid up to Rs 130 crores in salary by calculating the share value of “Vikram.” There are rumours that Kamal’s salary in the next film will exceed Rs 130 crores. While Lyca Productions paid Rs. 105 crores for Ajith Kumar in “AK62,” it remains to be seen how much Kamal will be paid in “Indian 2.”
