Roar Digital Rebrands to Roar AdX

Roar Digital, the ad resales arm of Roar Global, was recently rebranded to Roar AdX. Established in 2020, Roar AdX serves as the Authorized Sales Partner (ASP) for Meta in Sri Lanka. The new name represents the company’s ambitions to become a leading partner for some of the world’s most popular digital media platforms in the APAC region.

In the three years since being awarded the exclusive partnership with Meta, Roar AdX has worked with over 5,000 brands, ranging from multinational conglomerates to SMEs, as a strategic consultant for advertising on Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and more. This is an impressive accomplishment for a team that was forced to launch its operations at the onset of COVID-19 pandemic and conduct almost all training, workshops and client onboarding virtually — a challenge for any new business.

“This rebrand signifies our vision for Roar AdX this year, which is to replicate the same success we have had as the Meta ASP in Sri Lanka by expanding into new markets in the APAC region and building new strategic partnerships with global media platforms,” says Mustafa Kassim, CEO of Roar Global. “We are excited to be working with our 2,000+ clients to help them become smarter and more efficient in their digital marketing strategies to exceed their business goals and contribute to Sri Lanka’s economic growth.”

In 2020 and 2021, the Roar AdX team provided timely, insightful and localized solutions to help brands navigate the many challenges brought on by lockdowns and travel restrictions. In 2022, it focused on helping businesses, especially SMEs, overcome the difficulties that arose due to the ongoing economic crisis in Sri Lanka. By the end of 2023, Roar Digital had held over 5,900 training hours through 60 sessions, hosted 24 events, including exclusive workshops for marketing teams of high-value clients and industry meetups for agency leaders and CMOs. In November 2022, it hosted its first flagship event since its inception. ‘Building Breakthrough Brands’ brought together over 200 clients who advertise on Meta for an evening of knowledge exchange and networking, with talks from industry experts and the Meta APAC team.

Roar AdX will continue to deliver the same commitment to helping businesses thrive, with multiple teams that will serve as the exclusive partner for leading global digital media platforms, across several countries in the APAC. Its strategy will remain the same; building multilingual, locally-staffed teams, who will be trained and certified by the media platforms, to provide clients with the best practices for advertising on their networks. Starting this year, Roar AdX will also consult brands on advertising on LinkedIn, helping them make the most of the world’s most effective professional networking platform.

In addition to localized solutions, Roar AdX will also provide dedicated customer service, strategy for more creative, data- and performance-driven digital marketing through webinars, offline workshops and a frequently updatedKnowledge Centre that covers a wide range of topics, from ideation, strategizing, targeting, amplification, and analysis. This will include content developed in local languages targeted at clients who are at various states of their advertising journey, from beginner to the more experienced.

In the coming months, it will also invest in state-of-the-art tech solutions geared towards simplifying the process of partnering with Roar AdX and advertising across several platforms. In January this year, it rolled out an all-new Customer Portal that allows clients to seamlessly request for new ad accounts, make payments, and more.

Under the rebrand, Roar AdX will exemplify Roar Global’s mission to keep pushing boundaries and better the future of media in the APAC region, offering cutting-edge solutions for brands to thrive in the digital media landscape.
