On an Official visit to Sri Lanka, H.E. Andrei Rzheussky, the Belarus Ambassador assigned to Sri Lanka (operating from India) visited National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka on 2nd February 2023 along with the officials from the Embassy to explore bilateral trade and economic cooperation between Sri Lanka and Belarus.
The delegates were received by National Chamber President Mr. Deepal Nelson, Senior Deputy President Mr. Anura Warnakulasuriya, Chairman of the National Chamber Automobile & Automotive Components committee Mr. Sarath Algama, Chairman of the National Chamber Engineering & Construction committee Mr. Kalana Alwis, Chairman of the National Chamber Gem & Jewelry committee Mr. Pinsiri Wijepala, Council member/President – National Chamber Youth Forum Mr. Dumindu Karunagoda and Mr. Bandula Dissanayake, Secretary General/CEO and discussed the opportunities among their respective industries.
It is expected to conduct B2B virtual meetings between the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka and National Centre for Marketing and Price Study (NCMPS) of Belarus in the near future.
